Pre-requisites

To follow this guide, make sure that you have a following:

• Your PSP is charged fully (>80%)
• PSP charger
• A computer
• A way to transfer files to your PSP (Mini USB cable, PSP GO USB cable, Card Reader,...)

For PSP 1000, 2000, 3000 and E1000 (street):

• A Memory stick pro duo (Minimum 512mb) or a Memory Stick Pro Duo Adapter with a microSD card of maximum 128gb

For PSP GO (Optional):

• A M2 Memory stick or a M2 to microSD adapter with a microSD card of maximum 128gb

TIP

It is recommanded to format your Memory Stick before following this guide. Formating will erase all data, be sure to make a backup beforehand.
Memory Stick must be formated to Fat32.
The recommanded way is to format the Memory Stick with the PSP directly. To do so, go to Sytem Settings > Format Memory Stick.
